The Healing Place of Wake County is a non-profit rescue, recovery and rehabilitation facility for homeless people in Wake County, North Carolina with alcohol and drug addictions. They are a public/private partnership that works as a concrete alternative for the homeless addict.

Frankie Lemmon School & Developmental Center

Frankie Lemmon School & Developmental Center is the oldest preschool serving children with developmental disabilities in Wake County. The school serves children who may have developmental delays, language impairments, learning disabilities or mental retardation. Children enrolled are 3-6 years old.
